What does the amount for my subscription show as $0 in the cart?

Good question. Since we provide a 14-day trial for the MC platform accounts, your card will not be charged until after the 14-days have passed.

If you are not charging my card now, why do you need my credit card information?

Another good question. Actually, while we will not charge you for any $0 amount line items within your order until after the trial period, we will validate the amount of the purchase with your credit card company, including all items in the order.

Why do the additional options get charged upon placement of the order?

Yet another great question. The add-on options assume that you will be proceeding with the entire purchase, even after the trial for the Marketing Central platform. Also, due to the nature of these offerings, it is not really practical to be able to offer a trial period. While they really add to the horsepower of the overall Marketing Central solution, the good news is that these solutions can be used entirely independently of the Marketing Central platform, and deployed with comparable platforms that may not provide these offerings. If you are on the fence, you can always subscribe to these solutions on a monthly basis, and cancel at any time.
